On September 27th at approx. 1629hrs, Station 38 was dispatched on the 36-21 box for a reported Automatic Fire Alarm at Cornwall Manor. Rescue 38 responded on the call. Rescue 38 staged on the scene till released by Command 36. The Fire Alarm was a false alarm. All 38 units were avalible at 1655hrs.

On September 17th at approx. 1932hrs, Station 38 was dispatched on the 36-02 box for a reported Chimney Fire in the 200 block of Spring Hill Lane in Cornwall Borough. Attack and Tanker 38 responded to the call. The Tanker crew staged on the scene while the Attack crew assisted with manpower. All 38 units were cleared at 2015hrs.

On September 14th at approx. 1330hrs, Station 38 was dispatched to the 4300 block of Harvest Rd in South Londonderry Township for a reported Barn Fire. Tanker 38 was due on the box and responded. Tanker 38 nursed Engine 2-12-1 and continued with Tanker Shuttles. Tanker 38 was available at 1955hrs.

On September 14th at approx. 2026hrs, Station 38 was dispatched on the 37-02 box for a reported Structure Fire in the 100 block of Cassadee Court. Attack, Tanker and Rescue 38 responded on the call. The Attack crew dropped 400ft of 5 inch hose an supplied Engine 37 also the Attack crew assisted with ventilation. The Tanker crew supplied Truck 36 and sent a 1 3/4 inch hose to the inside of the Structure. The Rescue crew assisted with lighting and supplied some ladders for the interior crews. All 38 units were available 0033hrs.

On September 14th at approx. 1157hrs, Station 38 was dispatched to the 2300 block of Cornwall Rd for a reported Basement Fire. Rescue 38 was due on the call but was cancelled before going enroute. All 38 units were available at 1158hrs.
